Please read this instruction before assembly.

The bubble framed product consists of 2 packages, the bubble itself and the frame. The bubble is an inflatable product designed to move air around the vehicle just like in our long established BUBBLE AIR product, with added benefit of light weight aluminium frame which allows driving the vehicle in and out a task with less hassle.

This item is more suitable for users that use their vehicle on regular basis.

To begin with prepare the floor surface of where the bubble is going to be placed by sweeping or hoovering any loose material or debris. Position a moisture resistant friction reducing matt (available in store) such as a heavy gauge black polyfine sheet and place the unpacked and unrolled bubble on there. Power up the fan making sure the air is free to move around and that the fan does not fall over allowing bubble to inflate.

Whilst the bubble inflates unpack the frame checking and familiarising yourself with content and item positioning.

Contents varies depending on the item purchased.

We stock & produce two sizes:  

Model A - 5.0m length x 2.4m width x 2.0m height

Model B - 6.0m length x 2.4m width x 2.0m height

Once inflated, if needed, reposition the bubble so that base sits on the sheet and zipped door is facing the correct way.

Unzip the door slightly and place the frame material inside.

Leave the fan running so that the bubble is inflated whilst assembly takes place.

For both models, below is a diagram of where the jointers should go.

Models A and B contain different lengths of tubing, the parcels are packed and checked individually. Each kit contains 30 pieces of frame tube.

Each tube will have coloured strip identifying their location.

Please follow the below diagram for tube placement.

• Inflate the bubble and with the tubing go inside zipping any openings shut. 

• Allow the bubble to re-inflate.

• Start assembly with bottom of the structure first.

• The tubes used for width are joined in the middle, insert the sides first then assemble them in the middle.

• Start building vertical tubes.

• Build the upper structure with the width tubes being last in the assembly.

The joints are a tight push fit, so a rubber hammer might be used for gentle persuasion.

Once erected, loop and secure Velcro straps around the frame.

Side window panel can be used as door to enter and exit the vehicle.

Before driving any vehicle inside, please double check all the joints for tight and proper fit!

Unzip the door and drive the vehicle inside.

Once in place, zip shut all openings and power up the fan. Bubble should slowly expand and push any moisture out.

Leave windows down when using the bubble.
