Shipping And Returns

The Shipping.

We dispatch within 1 working day from time of ordering, we have large stock of car bubbles in range of sizes, however if the item you have ordered is not at hand, we will contact you within 1 working day to confirm this and to discuss options. Our stock updates are usually on a fortnightly basis, if you have a special order request, please let us know but expect that sort of lead time.

Upon delivery, please check condition of packaging, report any damage to the driver and to us within 24hrs. 

All of our items sent are tracked and will require signature. We usually dispatch items using Royal Mail or TNT for high value goods.

Typical delivery times:

RM to UK is 1-2 working days.

RM to EU is 2-4 working days.

TNT UK is 24hrs.

TNT Europe and Worldwide around 2-3 days

Please check your email for tracking number as it will be uploaded on the day of posting.

 

The Returns.

Our bubbles are tested and we have very low to almost none 'failure out of a box' rate, however if you are unlucky enough to have received an item that has a problem or is not working, please contact us immediately and we will agree a solution.

All goods must be checked upon receipt, any damage that you suspect occurred during delivery, must be noted with driver and we must be notified within 24hrs of receiving goods.

Due to complexity of our products returns will only be accepted if unopened, we do not offer "try before you buy" service, please get in touch with any questions you might have to satisfy yourself before purchase.

Please note, we are not liable for return costs, nor any costs associated with any labour costs, we will cover return postage costs back to you if goods are found to be faulty.

If the item is returned due to bad address or not been called for, re-sending will incur a postage costs, if refund is requested this will be less original postage costs.

All returns should be accompanied by name and address and sent to address found on 'Contact Us' page or you might be asked to return the goods to our depot in Crickets Corner, Rehaghy Road, Aughnacloy, BT69 6HE, Co Tyrone, Northern Ireland.

 

 

Refunds

If for whatever reason you would like to return the goods for a refund, goods will be accepted at discretion and in an original packaging, unopened condition. Any subsequent refunds to follow are less fees, these are postage charge and payment processing charge which varies depending on method used.

Any custom bubbles ordered are not accepted as a return.
